Gray Lace Wedding Program Fans (Set of 25)

1. Purchase the amount of fans you need in sets of 25. 

2. Download our fan order form to customize your text and email the finished form to caroline@pinkorchidinvites.com

3. Within 3 business days (M-F), you will receive a digital proof via email to review for edits.

4. Approve the proof for final printing.

5. Once approved, your order will be hand assembled, packaged & shipped to you. 

6. When they are shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
   

You will receive unlimited digital proofs. When your order is ready we will send you a digital proof within 3 business days via email. You will review it and then send any edits that are necessary until you are 100% happy with the proof.  PROOF READING: We do not proof read. This is solely your responsibility. Please read carefully. It is very important for you to carefully review the digital proof for accuracy

An approval of the design and text is needed before printing. Once you have agreed that the proof is 100% what you wanted, we will begin the printing and assembly process and then ship the set to you.  Once a proof is finalized by you, the printed items are final.

It will take up to 2 weeks for a full order of your programs to be printed, assembled and shipped after you have approved your final digital proof. If you need programs earlier, please contact us directly for a rush order.

1. If the order deviates from the finalized proof, then we will issue an exchange. If there is a printing error, we are happy to reprint your order at no cost. We offer unlimited proofs so you may edit your design as many times as you want before finalizing the proof for printing. (Hip, Hip, Hooray!)2. Due to the fact that everything is handmade and custom, there will be no returns. Only the replacement of damaged items will be possible or if the item deviates from the approved finalized proof. In the event of a cancellation, 50% of the cost cannot be refunded. This initial payment is used to purchase materials for your order.

All orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Typical ship times range from 3-5 business days for those in the continental US.
